We are always looking for another creative to join the family and are looking to recruit a Social Marketing Executive a Digital Marketing Executive and a Trainee Digital Marketing Executive. Who are we?

Nu Image is a leading digital agency in Norfolk. We offer a competitive wage, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* and a 3pm finish every Friday!

 

A healthy work life balance is an important part of our ethos, so whilst we have a sense of urgency to our work to ensure the very best results, working extra hours is not normal practice or encouraged. We hold an annual staff and family bbq every year, team building activities and plenty of impromptu nights out.

We are a team of 16 currently, but happily growing all the time and have recently moved to a new studio on Thorpe Road, Norwich.

 

What are we looking for?

Our team of experts has been carefully crafted over the past 15 years and we know exactly what we are looking for in our newest members.

 

Social Marketing Executive:

We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Social Marketing Executive, primarily to manage our client’s social platforms and their paid advertising.

 

The successful applicant will work to produce inspirational and strategic social campaigns with the goal to increase conversion rates. 

In addition you should have a very good mind for analytics as you will need to identify if these are on track as well as diagnose when they’re not. You will join a team of passionate digital marketers and will be expected to report on your accounts on a regular basis, both internally to our Head of Digital, Emily, and directly to our clients.

You will be confident and competent to be able to create both organic social content and paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms. You will be expected to implement, monitor and report on your strategy and results.

 

The ideal candidate will;

  • Confident and capable of planning, implementing and optimising paid advertising strategies for social media
  • Have an understanding of Meta and Linkedin Analytics
  • Have experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Linkedin Campaign Manager
  • Comfortable in dealing with large scale budgets
  • Have experience creating both organic and paid social media campaigns that reflect individual tones and objectives
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the rest of the digital marketing team
  • Confident in analysis and report effectively, to both our Head of Digital and directly to our clients
  • Be self motivated and driven to achieve the best possible results at all times
  • Capable of practising strict quality control and be able to communicate the English language to a high standard
  • Be confident in managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Whilst this is preferably a full time role, part time hours can be considered.

*25 days holiday after a year of service. Initial year is 20 days plus bank holidays.

Salary: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

 

Digital Marketing Executive:

We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive, primarily to manage our client’s websites and their digital strategies.

The successful applicant will work to produce inspirational content for distribution around the web. You will assist with website copywriting and content insertion, as well as occasional press releases.

In addition you should have a very good mind for analytics as you will be trained to carry out our in-house technical web audits and will be expected to report on your accounts on a regular basis, both internally to our Head of Digital, Emily, and directly to our clients.

You will be confident and competent to be able to create and manage digital marketing strategies and monitor and report on your results.

 

The ideal candidate will;

  • Have experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Optimisation
  • Have an understanding of Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Have experience in client liaison and account handling
  • Be able to create campaigns that reflect our client’s individual tones and objectives.
  • Be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the rest of the digital marketing team.
  • Have a high standard of written English
  • Analyse and report effectively, to both our Head of Digital and directly to our clients.
  • Be self motivated and driven to achieve the best possible results at all times.
  • Be confident in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

     

If you are highly organised, driven to gain results and experienced in digital marketing we would love to hear from you (a friendly disposition never goes amiss either!). Whilst this is preferably a full time role, part time hours will be considered.

Web Developer

What we are looking for;

We are looking forward to the prospect of an additional Developer joining our small, but perfectly formed, forward thinking team.
To be considered for this role you must be confident and able to display experience with the following:

  • HTML
  • CSS/SCSS
  • Javascript and jQuery
  • CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation
  • WordPress development

Ideally you would also have experience in;

  • Database management, optimisation & administration
  • Experience with Laravel
  • Linux server set up and maintenance
  • Domain management
  • API integrations.

We realise it may be a lot to ask, but in addition to the above skill sets it is important that we find an individual that is pushing boundaries and is a problem solver, who does not require deep supervision but communicates well within a team.

Salary: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
